Cancellation Policy
Missed Appointment and <24 Hour Cancellations
“No Show” and “Last Minute Cancellations” will forfeit deposit paid.
Half-day and full day bookings will forfeit entire deposit if cancelled within a month of scheduled block.
All deposits are non-refundable, but can be used towards a future service within one month.
